Telecentres: one-stop learning hubs in rural Bangladesh
This is the title of the conference paper Farzana Akther and I presented at the ELLTA 2011 conference earlier today. We were in the very last time slot of the schedule, but were fortunate enough to have a really interested audience who gave good feedback on the presentation.
Among other things, Farzana presented a 3 stage development model to describe how the centre in her case study had evolved over time, which is definately something to elaborate further in the future.
