Two presentations from project ”Move and Learn” at CAL 2011
Jacob presented a paper called ”Interaction between learnings in an interactive learning environment” on the first day of the conference. The presentation was very well received, and in the following days we had interesting conversations with people who were interested in our work. E.g. Lewis Hyland from King’s College, London, who is doing interesting work with videoobservations of dental students in practical training. We will try to keep in touch, as it would be great to do data sessions together some time soon.

CAL2011 is coming to an end…It has been there very interesting days here in Manchester, packed with good presentations and conversations during breaks. In particular, I have enjoyed talking with members of the group from Gent, who are doing research on school policies in relation to ICT-use and integration in schools. Their work complements very well our own studies on teachers’ competence building in practice, and I shall look forward to staying in touch with Ruben van der Linde and Jo Tondeur in the future .
